FEMA

The FEMA reporting module enables you to collect all costs and work activities associated with remediation of a federally declared disaster. Record all Labor (hours worked, costs, location, etc.) Equipment (runtime at FEMA rate) and all Materials used in the remediation process. Create native FEMA 90-123,124,127 reports from your collected data with a couple of mouse clicks. This module, alone, or in concert with our other modules can save you hundreds to thousands of hours assimilating and documenting data on a FEMA remediation claim.

Web Page Generator

A couple of mouse clicks creates an HTML web page summary of road maintenance costs, which, if desired, can be attached to your city/county web site for regular feedback

Weed Control

The weed control module provides software tools to document the how, why, who, when and where of weed control remediation. Reporting is designed around EPA guidelines. The weed control module is GIS enabled.

Permitting Management

The permitting module manages all information collected during application, inspection(s), issuance and management of all type of permits.

Solid Waste Management

The Solid Waste modules provide management of your solid wastes, from the refuse originator, collection facility(s), collection bin locations through the ultimate disposition of solid waste in your landfill, or transfer to a commercial landfill operator.

Accident Reporting

The Accident Reporting module enables you to pull together the cause(s) of a vehicle, document that process and determine what remediation process should be started to keep a similar accident from occurring, if any factors leading to the accident can be remediated.

Flood Plain Management

Manage resources and citizens living in a FEMA declared flood zone. In case of a disaster this information may be used to refer first responders.

Animal Control

This module enables you to track Animal Control related complaints, animal pick-ups, document their entry to your shelter and provide management info on each animal during the period they are in your shelter, adoption management information, lost and found information and ultimate disposition. Operational costs, cost “roll-ups”, and statistics are a mouse click away.

Contract Trucking

Manage and control costs when contracting for trucking service for your City or County. Maintain control and report on multi-contracts, multiple trucks, quarry operations and hauling costs.

Document Management

This module enables you to scan documents into single or multi-page images which are stored on disk. Your “description” and “subset” control how you manage and maintain the images, and enable recall of any image with a few mouse clicks and keystrokes. The module is TWAIN compliant (industry standard for scanner hardware).
