GIS

Our built-in GIS (and leading GIS platforms, including ArcView, GeoMedia, Intergraph, MapInfo, etc.) enabled modules include mapping coverage for area maintenance, complaints/service requests, roads, work force planning, spatial analysis, utilities, bridges, culverts, signs, weed control, GASB34 assets, accident locations, plus other standard GIS operations.

Area Maintenance

This module enables you to manage and analyze asset maintenance costs when seeing them from a “logical spatial perspective.” This perspective could be the township, district, division, precinct, etc. of the entity (city, county), or other user defined spatial area. Overlay this area with costs to maintain your assets in that geographic area; i.e., automatic spatial cost analysis.

Google Earth

This module enables you to use the Google Earth’s “free version” to integrate your assets (maintained in Visual R&B IMS) with their data set. Your asset data stays on your computer and “overlays” the Google satellite data.
