Fleet Management

This module enables your maintenance shop to maintain and manage your fleet of vehicles, including other department's equipment, and equipment and control and manage associated costs (labor and parts/materials). The warranty table puts you in control of all warranties so they will stay a valuable resource.

Equipment Management

The Equipment module provides a comprehensive view of your fleet historical acquisition cost, accumulated and current depreciation (via the depreciation module) and net book value. Each equipment record maintains that equipment‘s profile information (VIN #, fuel type, meter, etc.), its preventive maintenance profile, and PM history. The module flags when each piece of equipment is due for its preventive maintenance cycle.

A complete on screen summary of all costs to maintain each piece of equipment is available with one mouse click on the Maintenance History tab. Parts under warranty, by equipment number, are tracked for length of warranties. Hard copy reports are available in various formats, including a report that shows equipment run-time and all maintenance during a user-selected time period — a handy report for comparing actual costs with your standard hourly costs. Equipment pictures are also available with one mouse click.

Roads and Streets

Analyze maintenance costs by the perspective of the road/street they are located on, adjacent to, or run over or under. This logical perspective is generally the way assets are identified, maintained and budgeted for. Our system provides feedback (costs, work accomplished, etc.) for management decision making. Transparent integration and interfaces to other modules enables automatic data “roll-ups” and summary data for management decision making.

Pavement Management

This module is integrated with all maintenance modules so you’re able to instantly view and report on both maintenance costs and survey results — two key ingredients when forecasting future costs for maintaining your roads and streets — few pavement management systems provide cost history as an integrated component.

Our Pavement Management module maintains the most recent ten years of segment survey history, graphically, and an unlimited number of years of segment surveys in its data tables.

Bridges and Culverts

The bridge table contains profile information of each bridge you manage, from tech specifications to sufficiency rating to all maintenance costs and the road they are located on - also GIS-enabled. Graphs are provided for a quick overview of sufficiency ratings.

The culvert table contains profile information of each culvert you manage, from tech specifications to inspection results and scheduling, plus all maintenance costs - also GIS-enabled.

Signs

This table contains profile information of each sign you manage, from tech specifications to inspection results and scheduling, plus all maintenance costs - also GIS-enabled.

Other Assets

This table contains profile information of all other assets (buildings, water impoundments, etc.) you manage, from tech specifications to inspection results and scheduling, plus all maintenance costs - also GIS-enabled.

GASB34

This module enables you to comply with GASB34’s Depreciation or Modified Approach. This module is also GIS-enabled so you can see your major asset locations, if desired.
