Changing a RoadStre Record window E

The Costs TAB show all cost records in the selected Fiscal Year (2008). You can change Fiscal Year and press the TAB button for costs on that Fiscal Year. When this window opens cost and maintenance data is in a reverse sort by date so the very top record represents the last time someone worked on this road, street or segment. Left-Double-Click mouse to open a record to see further information that was captured.

Column Header

Click whatever column head to organize data by that attribute

Fiscal Year

Default Fiscal Year (normally the current fiscal year). Change to another fiscal year, press TAB and the window displays costs in that particular fiscal year.

Hours worked

Labor hours worked in the selected fiscal year on this road, street or segment.

Cost Totals

Labor, Material, Equipment and Contract costs (and total cost) to maintain this road, street or segment in selected Fiscal Year

Send To

This button enables you to quickly export all data (in browse window) to pdf, .html, .xls(s), doc, csv, EMail (if you have access to your EMail server) it or send it to a printer utilizing our Send module
